Promotion conditions
By entering the HotSpot Titanium giveaway you agree to the following promotional terms and conditions. Information about how to participate in the giveaway and the prize can also be found in the promotion conditions.
Who can participate?
- The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom Mainland who are 18 years or older at the start of the giveaway.
- The organizer is: HotSpot Titanium UK, 90 Rockingham Street, Sheffield, S1 4EB
- Employees and immediate family members of the organizer, as well as suppliers are excluded from participation. Immediate family members are: partners, ex-partners, children and stepchildren (including adoption), parents, stepparents, grandparents, great-grandparents, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, brothers, sisters, stepbrothers and stepsisters.
- By participating in the giveaway you indicate that you meet the access requirements and you accept these promotional conditions.
- The organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation anyone who does not meet the entry requirements or does not comply with the promotional conditions.
- The organizer has the right to verify the entry requirements with any individual before choosing a winner.
This is how you can participate
- The giveaway starts on Wednesday May 6, 2020 and closes on Wednesday May 13, 2020 at 23:59 GMT (the giveaway period).
- Participation must be received within this giveaway period.
- To participate in the giveaway, individuals must:
1. Respond to the giveaway post on @hotspottitanium's Instagram page or Facebook page
2. In the comment you have to tag another person as mentioned in the comment of the giveaway posts - Participating several times is allowed
- Entrants that are late, incomprehensible, discriminatory or otherwise offensive are automatically disqualified
The prize
The winner may choose from the HotSpot Titanium boiling water range with a 4 litre boiler. The winner can choose from the following boiling water taps:

- The prize or part of the prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. No compensation will be offered if the winner is unable to receive the prize for any reason.
- Additional costs or other additional costs for receiving the prize will be borne by the winner.
- The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. The organizer reserves the right to replace part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in accordance with licensing and national regulations.
- The prize must be taken within seven (7) days of the draw.
- The organizer is not responsible for additional measures when it comes to customizing or otherwise adjusting the prize. This is delivered as is.
The prize draw & the jury process
- The draw will take place on Friday May 15, 2020.
- The Promoter reviews all eligible entries on the Instagram account and Facebook account @hotspottitanium and selected one (1) winner from all participating accounts. Determining the winner is at the discretion of the Organizer and is final and binding.
- The chance of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified via a direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 24 hours of the winner being selected. Upon acceptance of the prize, the name of the winner will be posted on the Instagram profile of the organiser's Facebook account: @hotspottitanium.
- The prize must be claimed by the winner within seven (7) days of notification.
- If the winner does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. The new winner will be notified within two (2) days of the date of the new choice.
- The organiser's decision is final and cannot be over-corresponded.
Terms and Conditions
- The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to follow the rules of these terms and conditions. This also applies to any participant who misrepresents the giveaway.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or interrupt the Contest if an attempt is made to intentionally damage the Contest.
Liability and Release
- Your participation in the giveaway confirms that you have all the necessary rights to provide the intellectual property that makes up your participation.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or claims to limit, exclude, or amend legal consumer guarantees as provided in the Competition and Consumer Act.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, operated by, or associated with Facebook and / or Instagram and the winners exempt Facebook and / or Instagram from any liability.
Personal data
- All personal information provided to the Promoter will be retained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter may release Personal Information from Participants in Suppliers and Affiliates to manage or otherwise run the Competition.
- Personal information collected during the competition period can be used for direct marketing purposes, unless the participant requests otherwise.
