Right to Return
HotSpot strives to deliver on customer expectations and values customer needs and requirements. Items purchased from Hotspot Titanium may be returned to the respective warehouse for a full refund of the cost of the item if returned before installation, unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition (at the full discretion of our warehouse team). The cost of the item will be refunded to your account once the return has been received, no associated freight fees will be refunded. If you are returning your product within the cooling off period, the full cost of the product and freight paid will be refunded to you, however, the freight cost associated with returning the product to us will not be refunded.
Therefore, HotSpot guarantees that products and/or services comply with the Agreement and with reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the Agreement. If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days from the day following delivery.
HotSpot products that are specifically designed for a Consumer cannot be returned and a Consumer cannot invoke the Right of Withdrawal of this.
During the Cooling-off period, a Consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. Consumers will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. HotSpot reserves the right not to reimburse the depreciation resulting from the handling of the products that go beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.
You must return the received products in any case within 14 days after the notice that you have abandoned the purchase and before the product is installed. The shipping date is decisive. The refund will not be paid if the returned products are not complete or damaged.
Return procedure
For a return you must follow the following procedure:
Step 1: Please contact [email protected] with clear reasoning as to why you wish to revoke the sales agreement, within 28 calendar days from purchase and state your order number. You’re welcome to use the form below if you wish. We will send you our return instructions by e-mail.
Step 2: Please package the goods before you send them back. Goods and accessories must be returned undamaged, in their original condition and preferably in their original packaging, or their alike, at your own expense. All accompanying documentation, warranty certificates and packaging materials must be enclosed with the return shipment.
Step 3: Please print the returns label and attach to the box(s). The received label must contain all information to ensure that the return runs smoothly (your details, our delivery address, the courier name).
Step 4: If you have any questions after step 3 please do not hesitate to contact us. If not, please return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the cancellation statement.
Step 5: If goods are returned in the required resaleable condition, you will be reimbursed within 14 days. If goods are received incomplete or damaged, we will inform you as necessary. Only goods purchased online can be returned. For all other returns, you must go to the store of purchase.
