Job title: Project Development Manager
The Role – Full Time Permanent
This is a field-based role covering the north of England. As the northern project development manager, you will be responsible for managing the specification of Hotspot Titanium filtered drinking water products via end user’s, contractors, and architects. You will grow and develop your projects from the specification stage through to order and be able to explore with your customers other opportunities to further grow the companies project database.
Salary
£35,000 - £40,000 Depending on experience
The Candidate
- Will be confident, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic.
- Can operate and flourish in a fast-growing, target-driven environment.
- Have computer skills esp. Excel, Outlook, and Power point.
- Have good time management skills.
- Have an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to capitalise on opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Presentation Skills (one to one and group)
- Strong negotiation skills and Specification experience
- Proven track record in Account Management.
- Full UK driving licence
Ideal Candidate location would be somewhere along the M62 Corridor
