**Return Eligibility:**
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date for online orders.
**How to Initiate a Return (Online Orders):**

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
**Return Process for Orders via Distributors:**
- If your purchase was made through a distributor, please contact them directly to initiate the return process.
- The distributor's return policy and procedures will apply in this case.
Restocking Fees:
- For certain returns, a restocking fee may apply. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned items.
**Refund Process:**
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (or directly back to your retailer) within 5 business days.
**6. Exchanges:**
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
**7. Damaged or Defective Items:**
- In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
**8. Legal Rights:**
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
